Please set and check your full IHD MAC (EUID), this is a 16 character string (hexidecimal) which is typically printed on the bottom of your In Home Display. Often printed as 01-23-34-45-67-89-AB-CD, please input without the '-' separators.
The code will be stored within a cookie and persist across all interactions until cleared or expired (1 day)
